There is no Google Maps listing for this location, which is apparently called "Umm-al-Maa" by the locals. It is advisable to travel in groups and in sturdy four-wheel drive vehicles to the location. Around the end of April, Qatar's geographical location will be ideal for capturing the galaxy.
