The Council of Ministers approved for the non-Qatari investor to own up to 100% of Qatar National Cement Manufacturing Company at its Cabinet meeting on 25 October 2023.
Under Law No. (1) of 2019, which regulates non-Qatar capital investment in economic activities, Qatar National Cement Manufacturing Company is a public shareholding company listed on the stock exchange.
