The Ministry of Labour has introduced an advanced electronic service for the attestation of specialized work contracts. This innovative platform facilitates the inclusion of customized contractual clauses tailored to meet the distinct requirements of various establishments.

This service caters specifically to companies engaged in specialized fields, such as medical and engineering professions, that necessitate unique employment contracts aligned with the Labour Law. The Ministry's commitment to streamlining and improving contract attestation processes is evident in this initiative, aligning with their strategy to transition into a more digitally-driven, user-friendly service environment within the labor sector. The goal is to simplify and expedite service delivery for establishments and companies.

To attest to these specialized contracts, companies are required to use a smart card for identity verification through the National Authentication System (NAS), ensuring that the representative of the establishment possesses proper authorization. The flexibility of the worker's license under consideration is also crucial for establishments seeking attestation.

As part of the Ministry's broader efforts to digitize the labor sector, there have been updates to the digital work contract attestation services. This includes a unified digital platform that empowers employees of private sector establishments to electronically verify, approve, or reject the terms of their contracts.

Moreover, a new digital service has been launched for the certification of household employee contracts, eliminating the need for physical visits to government service centers.
