The Ministry of Interior launched the SOOUM application for auctions conducted by its departments and the goods as part of its continuous efforts to develop electronic services.

SOOUM is considered a new step in simplifying procedures for purchasing goods offered by the Ministry of Interior. Its contents are distinctive numbers, vehicles, boats, electronic equipment, and other goods.

As of now, it is only available for distinctive traffic plate numbers, and it can be downloaded from the mobile app store and accessed by logging in with the Metrash 2 registration details. By doing so, you can take advantage of the app's various services.

Based on advanced technical systems, the SOOUM application was developed to provide the user with the best features, such as automated bidding, smart search, and suggestions. The application offers two types of special number auctions: bids and expressions of interest. As of October 31 2023, the SOOUM application will allow public participation in auctions, and other categories will be added later.
