Muscat: HM Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of the Sultanate of Oman received the credentials of HE Jassim bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Sultanate of Oman.

The Ambassador conveyed greetings of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Sultan.

The Amir wished HM the best of health and happiness and to the government and people of Oman continuous development and prosperity.

For his part, HM Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman entrusted HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing HH the best of health and happiness and the State of Qatar further progress, development and prosperity.

The Sultan wished the Ambassador success in his duties, assuring him of providing all support needed for the advancement of the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
