The third National Development Strategy 2023-2030 in the education sector, as outlined by Undersecretary Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, focuses on introducing new educational streams, including technology, to meet the demands of the job market.

The strategy emphasizes providing education to all in Qatar, extending from early childhood through university and continuing education. Initiatives such as 'Shoroq' for kindergartens and "My School, My Community" aim to enhance the representation of society in schools and foster collaboration between guardians and teachers.

To attract Qatari citizens to the teaching profession, the Ministry launched the Tomouh program, offering financial benefits and recognizing students' experience during their studies.

The program, recently accredited by the International Foundation for the Accreditation of Teacher Programmes, aligns with the state's commitment to invest in human resources and achieve the goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030.
